Material Development

With the regular cost-effective materials, the daily development is also in continuous development.

The following material development examples are applicable to swimwear and fitness clothing.

01. Polypropylene Material

The least functional PP fiber was used in the material. Combined with the good properties of PP fiber, it not only ensures the material strength, but also has the ability to dry quickly as well as good anti-fouling ability. The fabric has low thermal conductivity, good water absorption and moisture absorption diffusion and excellent thermal insulation.

02. Colored master Material

When we spinning the yarn, 3 ~ 5mm granular synthetic fiber coloring agent is used, which was easy to process. With coloring stability, durability and weather resistance, it achieves low-cost manufacturing and promotes the development of environmental protection in all-around manner.
